Pros

Companywide perks are great. CEO is AMAZING!

Cons

Culture is getting worse year over year. I have been here close to 10 years and can see that.

Pros

Fantastic benefits, strong company vision, great product

Cons

The strategy changes each year, accompanies by annual layoffs. There is a ton of emphasis on moving fast, without any reprioritization leading to every team being overworked and understaffed. No consistency on rewards/spending, some teams are able to spend massive money on frivolous perks while others, especially Care, can't afford lunch.
