Pros

Working here has been an incredible experience, largely due to the outstanding work-life balance the company fosters. I truly appreciate the trust and flexibility extended by the leadership team I support. It’s empowering to know they have confidence in my ability to deliver results, and I take pride in consistently meeting their expectations. This supportive environment allows me to be highly productive, completing all necessary tasks while still having the flexibility to manage my personal priorities. Whether it’s leaving on time to beat rush hour and enjoy precious moments with my toddler or coming in later to attend appointments, I feel genuinely valued both as a professional and as an individual. I’m deeply grateful to work in a place where both my contributions and my personal life can successfully coexist.

Cons

The only challenge I’ve encountered is related to the increased onsite days. When we were required to come into the office just two days a week, the commute was manageable, even though I had purchased a home farther away. However, with the shift to three onsite days, especially when they’re consecutive, the travel has become physically and mentally exhausting. Living in an area where the train system is not yet operational means I don’t have the option to use public transportation directly, and my commute to the nearest shuttle is still a long drive. As a result, I have no choice but to drive the entire distance, which has added significant strain to my routine. This adjustment has certainly been tough, but I remain committed to balancing the requirements of onsite work with the realities of my situation.
