Pros

Brad Smith - by far the best CEO that I've worked for

Cons

Impossible to get promoted - people that do are purely based on personal relationships and not results produced Lots of employees exaggerate their accomplishments - you can always frame a situation in a positive light and leave out the truth, make sure you're willing to do that or your career will stall
