Pros

- Great direct managers - Very diverse - Established brand - Lots of opportunities for winning little internal competitions and you get gift cards. - Marketing supports sales a lot. - Diverse colleagues, all ages and colors. - No micromanagement

Cons

- Still doing layoffs. - Higher ups don't prioritize sales teams - Quota was constantly announced halfway through the quarter - Support is not customer-oriented and not very knowledgable, which would lead to customers complaining to AMs and AMs having to do support a lot.

Pros

- Goodies - Comp is decent - WLB is good

Cons

- Not much technically challenging work - Way too much politics - Layoffs without any good reasons, and you can't fight back because there are people sitting for 15 years and have way too much connections
