Cons

Recruited to be a Strategic Account Manager for Intuit's new platform. There is nothing strategic about this role. We are glorified customer support reps with unrealistic KPIs and quotas. The only way you will get close to quota is if you are part of a special group of Account Mangers who are fed leads. Leadership in the business unit is so unorganized and there is no clear direction.
