Great pay but know your worth and no harm in asking for competitive pay. Training each season is thorough and comprehensive. Awards throughout the season are definitely additional incentives to motivate exceptional performance from all team players

Cons

Position is seasonal and competition is fierce to be extended or invited to return during extension period. Supervisor input can affect end of season bonus so be mindful at all times.
