      The individual contributors were often great unless they were not

      Culture eroded in my org. Toxicity and arrogance in leadership. Many people were abandoning ship.

      Good pay, equity and benefits. That's about it.

      Cons

      Strong leaders have left the business or have been moved on and replaced with unethical drug users. Anyone who thinks this isn't a reality is blind and complicit.

      A lot of Great People with Bad Leadership

      Worked with nice people who really worked hard and tried to provide good customer service.

      Cons

      Upper management not accountants. Don't know how to run a bookkeeping business. High volume, low quality - think Walmart.
