Pros

Many employees stay with Intuit for 3 to 10+ years. Mature management, mature software development processes, mature software infrastructure, high and mature technologies.

Cons

Recent years Intuit has started the Performance Management which fires the least effective employees regularly. It is like Amazon's Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) . It leads to a competitive and toxic environment.

Pros

Some perks and benefits are lovely (including the office in Atl). Coworkers are also great.

Cons

Removed DEI from literature/marketing to pander to the current dictator president. Lots of bureaucracy. No direction other than “AI” but zero concern or interest in the employees, the environmental impacts of that focus, or on stability in the CONSTANTLY rotating cast of upper management.
