My Dream Job

Pros

Honestly, I love this job! We are offered a very competitive salary as well as 401(k) match. During the year, there are so many opportunities to earn annual increases. We have incentive programs that offer rewards of success through our bonus plans based on employee and company performance. Because of these incentives, I have been able to use my rewards to pay for my kids school clothes, buy groceries, and go on vacations at no cost. We are also able to purchase company stock at discounts. I'm a teacher as well, but the work/life balance is one of the greatest pros to this job.

Cons

I'm only seasonal and I would like to be full-time.
