Pros

benefits, diversity, balance of work and home life

Cons

high pressure, too many products that are overwhelming to customers, you can work your butt off, but if you dont hit the numbers-its not easy to do... u dont bonus.... no real rewards if you are not in the top 10% of the sales force....

Pros

well respected company, strong competitive advantage, very chill casual work environment

Cons

different teams are fragmented and work at cross-purposes; sometimes self-promoters manage to take up all of the oxygen at the expense of more humble team members. technology and dev practices not always best in class

Pros

Cutting edge go to market strategies with really cool products A visionary CEO solid benefits

Cons

political correctness slows the pace of change & inhibits growth ineffective leadership at the director level - obsession with interesting but meaningless details hire outside expertise to manage systems updates; we suck and should know it successful in spite of ourselves - one should be with 90+% market share
