Pros

- Good benefits - Flexible work environment - Nice offices - Very competitive bonus structure - Company is poised to execute on its SaaS strategy - Much improved structure in the Small Biz team after several years of misguided efforts to build massive, ill advised software "platforms"

Cons

- not terrifically innovative - difficult to get promoted into the upper tiers of management. The environment is very political so you have to play the game the way they do

Pros

Great place to work for excitement of ideas, vision, brand , strategy and culture. Good compensation and great workforce with strong ethics

Cons

Need to excute faster, be aware of what it takes to convert technology- drive by data not powerpoint, to many internal territory conflicts, senior management must be held accountable for working together.

Pros

The flexibility of work-life balance is the single biggest reason that keeps me at Intuit. Company values reflect my personal values. Focus on wellness is really important. I really enjoy the people i work with every day. Feels good to work for a company that can still afford merit increases and bonuses. Brad Smith's focuso on innovation and change (improvements) is exciting and tells me Intuit plans to be around.

Cons

Feels like compensation tops out after so many years with the company. Resource sharing and lean staffing becoming more common - results in more work for same pay. HR starting to feel more like a business partner for corporate rather than also a partner with employees.
