Pros

Work and life balance is encouraged Total compensation and benefits are strong Solid products which customers rely on Continues to grow and seek new ideas Always looking to improve and win with customers and employees

Cons

Too much emphasis on presentations and not enough on delivery Mobility can be challenging across Intuit or inside your group Many of the leadership team don't have the experience needed Priorities and strategies change often

Pros

Given lots of opportunity & responsibility - not typical of former employers, opinion is valued, very results oriented, recognition of work/life balance, very competitive compensation/benefits.

Cons

Not clear development paths, culture where everyone is always working...so not for everybody; not as fun as when I first joined - though to be expected as businesses mature, and rigor is paramount.
