Pros

Intuit offers great benefits and the pay is ok to start off with. Bonuses are nice. Co workers are extremely friendly and most everyone is very helpful. Intuit is continuing to grow and come out with new innovative ideas. Great company to be a part of. Thursday socials, beautiful new facility, holiday party. All in all Intuit is a company i would reccomend to friends and family who need steady income and want to be a part of a Company that will continue to be very successful.

Cons

In the last year changes in leadership have had a huge negative impact on employess. The company used to be a place to grow professional and further your career. You were constantly inspired to strive. Now it seems like the company has shifted from a great work place where you would enjoy showing up at to a place that has become too corporate and where you dread to go. End of year raise is minimal to the amount of work you put in. Judged more on your attendence rather than what a great worker you are. The list goes on...

Pros

Looking forward to coming into work everyday and not wanting to leave at night sounds very far fetched for the majority but I can honestly say that "I love my job" and I really jump out of bed every morning (maybe not exactly jump but you get where I am coming from) and look forward to the day ahead. I admire Intuits continuing efforts to not only, delight its customers but to also delight its staff and creating a great working environment where you as an employee feel valued. My office here in the UK and Intuit as a hole has a fantastic mix of people from all over the world, different cultures and backgrounds making it a buzzy, vibrant and exciting pace to work and grow.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that I would like the opportunity within my role to travel more (as we are a global company) to meet and network with colleges face to face rather than over a conference call. I feel there is a lot to be said for actually striking up relationships with fellow peers giving you a better grounding for collaborations in the future.

Pros

not all black and white but in general Intuit is a well respected company that provides opportunities for those who take advantage and control of their careers

Cons

very difficult to get promotions. they over-hire for jobs and have many layers of people doing small jobs
