Pros

Intuit does believe in and invest in employees to drive growth. Overall, Intuit is a great place to work. Great personal benefits, but also plenty of professional challenges. Definitely recommend Intuit as a place to work. Come ready to work, but know that Intuit is there when / if personal challenges emerge. There are lots of opportunities to move around the company, but the employee needs to inquire / ask about them. Internal networking is important.

Cons

If you're used to working at start ups, you'll find more layers here. But, it is not as bad as other big companies. Different on Small Business and Tax divisions.

Pros

Strong values. Strong culture. Good top-level leadership. Good pay and benefits. More customer focused than most.

Cons

Like in all big companies, your experience can differ somewhat depending on what group you're in. The company is making the transition from desktop to web, but it's still in the middle of it.
