Pros

401K, sick day pay, flexible schedule, work from home, amazing training and grow career possibility, internal grow path, free access to study resources for Enrolled Agent exam, reimbursements for internet cost and PTIN renewals.

Cons

mostly seasonal only, no matter how many customers you helped or how good you were and what your credentials are if customer do not leave you survey- you would not meet employer's expectation.

Pros

Working with a great company, easy to perform duties and upskill, benefits are great, wonderful open and caring staff, great team meeting (huddle) regularly

Cons

Not included in everything if your not credentialed, performing same tasks, yes a credential is wonderful however, TA's performing all PL4 types of complexity should be more valued.
