The pay and benefits is great. You are also able to choose your own hours and if you want to work 20 hours or more a week.

Flexible hours, able to split shifts, very competitive pay, even some benefits being seasonal, Being able to work remotely,

Cons

I think surveys are a deficit to the tax pros. I think it is wrong to base you income and bonus on these. Training and access to information could use some changes.
