Pros

Working with a diverse group of professionals and networking. The biggest thing for me is the amount of knowledge that I have been presented with which is priceless.

Cons

Very fast pace. Things are constantly changing. Not so much of a con but it keeps you on your toes.

Pros

Good working environment. Very flexible shift scheduling. Nice bonus incentives. Working from home is a plus. Helpful staff

Cons

Products has some issues which can make work challenging. The phone app is not what I would recommend doing someone's tax on, as it as limited visibility and hard to navigate. Do not enjoy getting assigned cx's that are out of my experience level, and struggle with getting them reassigned. Do not like when I get a negative review on a product issue.
