Pros

Intuit is a fantastic place to work if you want to be surrounded by smart, driven people who are also kind and supportive. The culture is collaborative, not competitive. The perks are excellent—from the comprehensive health insurance to the wellness reimbursement (which covers everything from gym memberships to fitness trackers). I also love the community feel; there are so many opportunities to connect with colleagues through various events and ERGs. They value both your contribution and your well-being.

Cons

The RSU package for new hires could be more competitive compared to other tech companies of this size.

Pros

- AI forward company, moving fast with out sacrificing quality control - Plenty of investment in our career development - A lot of knowledgable people, willing to help and collaborate (Great Culture) - Amazing benefits - Lots of meaningful work with impact - New York Office is beautiful too

Cons

- Too many things to choose from to work on (which is a good problem IMO)
