Pros

Training Schedule Remote Valuable Resources

Cons

Don't like the bonus structure form my tier. Some of the requirements aren't the best as far as the being logged in immediately after you punch in. Maybe a 5-minute grace period. I'm remote and tech issues happen, Find out if something is wrong before you assume that someone is stealing time. I don't like the select-time benefits. Lots of tech issues and bugs for TY 2024.

Pros

The company has good team colloboration to share knowledge and resolve customers' issues. Another pro is to work remotely and with flexible work schedules.

Cons

The con is to have enough customer surveys to meet performance metrics.
