Pros

Intuit is a great company to work for. They provide excellent training and are very clear on their expectations of you as an employee. Flexible work schedules to pick and choose when you work makes it easier to balance life.

Cons

If you want to work full time all year then you need to get yourself credentialed. Have a law degree, be a CPA, or an EA certification or your hourly wage isn't that great. Limits and restrictions on providing full service tax preparation if you live in NV, which also limits your bonus earning potential.

Pros

The pros are the pay is good for a 100% remote job and the benefits are excellent as well. One of the many perks I truly enjoy is daily pay, where I can get paid daily whenever I work verses waiting until payday. I also really love that perk and getting spotlights (awards for meeting or surpassing expectations) from the management team (recognition for doing a great job).

Cons

I don't have any cons; I really love working for Intuit.
