Pros

They care about your well-being. They have a good team atmosphere. There is a lot of diversity so you do get understanding in that way. Management does listen, and tries to find solutions.

Cons

The training for the role I was in was not adequate for the variety of types of calls that can come to you. They range from answering a quick question about where to put a number in the software to preparing a full tax return. You can have a text chat or a verbal call. No role play is done in the training. All the training is basically videos. It is not adequate.

Pros

remote internet allowance based on hours worked equipment provided but needs to be returned limited free training

Cons

The HR department is a nightmare. Very low pay, especially for an EA. Limited hiring opportunities at EA level, but they would happily pay you at the associate level.
