If I have a question, I never feel like I’m a bother; everyone is invested in each other's success. Mission-Driven: You can really feel the "Powering Prosperity" mission in the daily work. It makes the technical challenges feel meaningful. Work-Life Balance: The company truly respects boundaries, which has made my transition into this role very smooth.
Cons
Large Organization Navigation: Like any big company, there are a lot of internal tools and processes to learn. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the support system mentioned above helps mitigate this.
