Pros

The pay is good, make your own hours, team cooperation is excellent, benefits for retirement are great. A lot of room for advancement. A very enjoyable job.

Cons

Has a limit of the hour you must have (example must have 20 hour to start) and a cap on the hours are managed. Also, the job is seasonal.
