Can sometimes feel scrappy for a big company that’s been around so long. Comes with lots of opportunities to streamline processes and operations / have impact. Chaotic onboarding

The work environment is super, not just office, with all the powerful tools make dev tasks and communications very efficient. Also company has big focus on AI, with the in-house AI dev platform and tools, you can easily work on any AI development.

Cons

As organization is big and across regions, overhead of communication is high
