Pros

Intuit builds a supportive structure around all tax workers so that we never felt like we didn't have enough technological or personnel resources around us. They have plenty of incentives/rewards as well. Lastly, my manager was great and I have only heard positive things about other coworker's managers as well.

Cons

Working with many new state tax laws from around the country can be difficult to adapt to.
