Very good benefits and employee-centered culture. Surrounded by a lot of vey smart people. Access to cutting edge technology. Opportunities for tele-working.
Cons
Company tends to change focus frequently, especially in regards to acquisitions. The downside to being so employee-centered is that it was very difficult to thin the herd of under-performing people.
Great culture, lot of smart people around, relatively better benefits and perks than many similar companies in the valley. 401k plan is really good. You get to meet some really nice people and this company spends a lot of money. Nice offices. Good stock options (RSUs and ESPP)
Cons
It is political. If you are unlucky and in one of such teams (which I was), then its an uphill battle. Tends to be too laid back culture at times. Too much favoritism is some teams. Your ideas are not really considered unless you have a good relationship with the management.
