      Pros

      Intuit as a company has evolved in terms of business process, maintenance process and selecting technical stack to support business, which is incredible. Nurturing innovative ideas is one of the key for this evolution.

      Cons

      Definitely with new ideas, new risks also comes. As a company Intuit is very rapid and fast in not only taking decisions but also implementing it overnight. It is better to be always adaptive and on toes.
