lot of reasons to be in intuit.. great culture. maintains the US culture here in our IDC office.. we have awesome CEO Brad smith who regularly connects with employees and take corrective actions based on the employee feedback. excellent atmosphere.. leaders encourage to experiment and learn from mistakes.. apply time tested methodologies to solve the customer problems..

too much employee pampering which gives bit lesser flexibility to the managers to drive the team for faster results
