Pros

Great environment, pay and benefits. Embraces diversity. Values innovation. #IntuitPlano

Cons

Business Unit structure sometimes makes for conflicting priorities when implemrntation depends on shared teams. Too much rigor around monthly performance checkins with 360 feedback.

Pros

People are very intelligent, creative, want to work collaboratively. The leadership is very inspirational, could not ask for a better CEO. Clear direction of where the company is headed. Great work life balance. The only place I've worked at where everyone knows and lives by the company's mission and values.

Cons

Still moving too slow, but on a path to change.
