Incredible benefits and some really kind teammates.

Cons

The team I’m on lacks innovation, it’s extremely micromanaging, unreasonable work hours and I’m not learning anything. I haven’t been here that long and I’m already on my way out. I’ve yet to witness my team align with any of Intuit’s core values and I’m on my way out and have had a horrible experience with the exit team. The values aren’t reality, they’re lip service. Truly the worst experience I’ve had at a company. Worst manager, completely stuck in old school corporate ignorance.

Love the team I work with. Primarily because of my teammates I take pride in what I do. Great work and life balance. Refresh days and other holidays are great and aligns with my kids holidays.

Cons

They can do a better job at explaining benefits. There are so many it's difficult to read up
