A sinking ship

Pros

You get to work with some great people, however many are leaving as the workplace culture has become terribly toxic because of leadership.

Cons

The leaders of this company are fundamentally dishonest, and quite frankly, clueless how to run a technology company. Before the Inuit acquisition, this was a decent place to work. However, the company has had a sharp decline since the fall. The culture is in shambles, leaders are completely absent, nothing is getting done, there is little direction and overall it feels like we're just bailing water. I expect to see a large wave of resignations in the coming months.

Pros

Decent WLB, and great benefits

Cons

Extremely underpaid w.r.t. market data if you stay for a longer period New hires earn more than 30-40% premium than the existing employees at same pay grade, which is really disheartening. Stagnated growth.
