Can work from home whenever, work remotely if traveling, great benefits, decent salary, supportive of your growth and your interests, lots of people older than you to learn from

Cons

Lots of work, I've worked really long work days and weekends too many times. Also worked with a lot of people I didn't feel were up to the standard I was expecting.
