Pros

First things first - good pay, facilities and no work - I mean absolutely.

Cons

I can say a lot. I've no idea how people are not writing cons about Intuit. Literally there are no projects going on in few BUs. Still uses age old technologies which makes people ineligible to move out out the company which can pay them as much as this company does. Don't be fooled by their facebook pages, all the pics of fancy hacks is just conducted by few guys to get visibility and promotion. If you're looking for a tech company then this's not the one you should consider. Lastly politics is such a mean thing here that you get stabbed anytime without you realizing you've been! If you want to be a master slave relationship, this's the company to join for.

Pros

Good Compensation Free Food Macbook Pro Reimbursement policy

Cons

Growth depends on relationships and not merit based. Hike based on relationship and not merit. You are told to get visibility by shouting out loud, no matter how much productive you are. Politics with respect to work allocation. Old employee are skeptical of new talent, may try to bring you down. Some managers don't know to behave themselves. Formation of groups among older employees creating a toxic and political environment. Great place to work is just a theory, not a reality.
