Pros

This is my 9th year working for Intuit. I started off in a completely different line of work, but Intuit supported my career aspirations and helped lead me to get to where I am now. Intuit has really great benefits and the people really are like family & are respectful of your own work/life balance

Cons

In recent years there has been more of a push from leadership to drive more revenue for the company to appease stakeholder demands. At times this seems to conflict with our company statement of empowering small businesses.
