Excellent values. Incredibly interesting problems to solve. Working with some of the smartest people I've ever met.

Cons

Steep learning curve makes work-life balance hard to find when you're new. On the bright side, if you can excel here, you can excel anywhere.

Pros

- Very good salary, can compare with Netapp, microsoft etc. - Benefits like free food, cab, internet reimbursement, national pension scheme, parental medical, lavish trainings etc. - Stock offering (ESPP and RSU) is attractive. - Flexible work time and working from home option. - New technologies and focuses on innovation. - Unstructured time concept which you can use for the work you would love to do. - Option to learn new technologies. - Decent senior management.

Cons

- Growth is very flat until you are contributing to multiple projects. - Option for onsite is very less. - Based on strategies it fires employees. - Lot of org change.
