Pros

The compensation. Comparable to large Bay Area employers. Payroll regularly calibrates compensation to be competitive, sometimes raising the pay of employees out of cycle because they were classified as "underpaid" for their job classification and level The benefits. From the medical benefits all the way to the stock incentives, the company interprets them in the most liberal way possible that favors the employee. The training. Depending on how you want to learn, by self-study or instructor-led training, the company provides opportunities to do so.

Cons

Recruitment. During my own hiring process, they dropped the ball at least twice: being ghosted by the first recruiter, to being re-interviewed as a screening candidate when I was informed that I had passed screening and was moving to the next step in the process. One would think that this was a fluke, but my conversations with fellow employees after joining makes me think not.
