Pros

Perk and stock options are the best

Cons

work culture is pathetic. Managers are not informing about the bad performance of the employee. They show the carrot of promotion to employees and then during the FOCAL review at the end of the year, the person suddenly learns that he is getting laid off due to bad performance. No work ethics, humanity and emotions . This was a good company by 2020 but now it is worse.
