Company invests in its people, they support us with great ergonomics for home office, they have several types of recognition even in early stages of our participation, leave programs. They offer mobility opportunities. Intuit has several programs to empower employees and help us take our career to another level. Office is a space very friendly and the teams work in technical and product deliverables which makes a healthy environment in the technology perspective.

Cons

Sao Paulo office is smaller in comparison to other regions and sometimes we don't get all the perks that other regions do, but nothing to be alarmed, just small differences when it comes to some events or prizes.
