- Lots of learning opportunities with latest tech stack across the ecosystem - Very agile and open work culture - Very nice people around the company with a culture of respect for one another - Strives a lot to take care of their employees - Complete ownership/accountability for Developers from development testing to release all handled by devs.

Cons

- Work Life balance can get off due to very high bar being set by all employees which could raise the expectations.

- Good work-life balance ( I can keep up with the work expected of me and even progress well in my career by doing the standard work hours ) - Benefits and pay are quite competitive. ( The salary may not be as high as a startup but all the other benefits make this a smart company to work for financially) - Continues to grow and change with times. ( This company embraces modern times with more remote-only opportunities and WFH hybrid model)

Cons

- The total compensation is weighted toward stock price. IE a high stock price means compensation really good while it still good close to average for the industry otherwise. It would be nice to find a way to keep this compensation more consistent regardless of stock price. - Depending on the team good projects for your portfolio and promotion can be harder to get.
