      Pros

      Good investment in employee growth and evaluation process. Tech decisions bottom up, strong autonomy and voice. Strong stock growth. Employees care for each other culture.

      Cons

      Onboarding to services and pipelines is slow since company is still modernizing to make tools self serve. From 2wks to potentially 10wks for realtime services. Product management strength depends on org. Depending on org, can be regular 2-3 meetings a week with India teams on night/morning.

      * Tremendous opportunities for impact * Latest tech stack (AWS, EKS, full CI/CD, etc.) * Fast pace, "speed as a habit" * Dedicated time for modernizing tech debt * Dedicated time for training * Diversity baked into hiring, training, work processes. Not just buzzwords.

      Cons

      * Can be intense but WLB is encouraged and respected * Lots to learn, can be overwhelming but the team is here to help
