Pros

As a visual designer, i appreciate to commitment to design here at Intuit. There are alumni from important design companies (IDEO) in leadership positions here. It shows in the culture, from the approach to problem solving to the support for great design. Design is institutionalized with programs like "Design for Delight" and "Customer Inspired Design". I am also inspired by the company's commitment to our customers. Their success is at the center of all product development here, and it shows in the culture.

Cons

Intuit is a fairly large company, so it has trouble moving fast. That said, it's big enough to offer work/life balance. It's great to have team-mates who can cover for me so i can take a vacation.

Pros

Inspiring place to work with amazing benefits and opportunity for growth. As a designer, it's amazing to work for a company that values design thinking and leadership.

Cons

Doesn't support working remotely as much as it could. Vacation time isn't as competitive as it could be.

Pros

Intuit is a great company to work for! They're definitely a career type company, if you're a hard worker and loyal they will be loyal and move you up in the company. The people I worked with (including managers, executives and the CEO) all were incredibly friendly and great to work along side.

Cons

Intuit is a company that created products for a mass market. They have large successes, which at times seems it can cause them play it safe instead of creating groundbreaking initiatives.
