      Pros

      Love that each person is recognized and appreciated as an individual. Employees are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work - truly feel respected and cared about by everyone here! Plus, I'm fully remote and LOVE that!

      Cons

      Sometimes the speed to delivery means we may miss opportunities we would discover at a slower pace. The faster pace often means less input from important sources.

      Pros

      Good benefit and okay pay. Fun to work. Love how people don't take themselves too seriously here. Relaxed and inclusive vibe.

      Cons

      Company direction kept changing and can be a bit much to keep up. Not able to retain good talents. Also, career growth/path is pretty much non-exist here. They don't seem to care enough really.
