Pros

No layoffs as of now , amenities are reduced due to cost cutting.

Cons

Due to politics only few favourite people get promoted who talk too much without much knowledge and not much actual ground breaking work , actual work is usually done by juniors or contractors , favourite people just have good social connections with leadership , regardless of actual performance. People who actually deserve promotion are sidelined.

Good benefits such as timeoff , wellness, etc provided . In terms of work, it all depends on your team and manager. The tech is being upgraded. Also the development culture is good.

Cons

There are people who have spent considerable time in the company that they become managers without having proper management experience.
