- A company that gives utmost importance to work culture. - Best in the industry employee benefits in terms of time off. - Employee stock purchase plan. - Good programs like GED, Recharge weeks etc.

Cons

- Salary is not comparable to other IT giants. - Stock refreshers and appraisals are not upto market standards. This is a major concern as new joinees tend to get better packages than existing employees in the same level. - Cons of being an MNC. One might get stuck in design and POC loops.
