When I joined Intuit through Intuit Again internship program, I was not sure what to expect. People here are friendly and will make you feel at home. I continued the work that I did as intern when I got converted. Great work-life balance , Super Employee friendly, Great Culture, Smart people to work with.

Benefits are too good, you can't get enough of it. RSUs are good and stock price is increasing from past 2 years - you can make good money if you stay for 5 years.

Cons

There is no innovation, they don't accept new ideas or won't give freedom to implement new features. They take the easy way of using 3rd party software instead of developing things in-house.
