A great learning experience

This is my first job after my Masters and I thoroughly enjoy my job. You get to come up with your own ideas and implement them. Agile development process is real good. We also get 10% of the time that we can use on the projects we like.

Cons

There are no real down sides as such that I can find. Probably we can have better food in cafeteria !!
