Pros

+ The technology stack used in Intuit is top-notch. It also adopts to new technology very quickly. Tech enthusiasts may love working with the teams. + The employees are humble and polite. One could walk up to director, VP or Architects' room to begin a conversation. + Not much restrictions on use of IDEs of your choice and applications on office laptop. + Work life experience got better with work from home. + The benefits have improved encourage employees to use better internet service and furniture.

Cons

+ Buy is preferred over build. As a medium sized yet fast paced company, this doesn't seem like a con.
