Pros

Office provided commute, paid lunch and all-time snacks counter, flexible working hours

Cons

Nexus of people at top, allowing only loyal patrons to grow and make lot of money. Others are treated as cattle cow. Respect only limited to polite talking, otherwise the top leaders are their loyal patrons think very high of themselves.

Pros

- Lots of very smart people who are very passionate about their work, their team and the state of the company - Higher level managers actually listen and are open to input regarding internal process changes. - Lots of social events to partake in (festivals, community outreach, yoga, etc.) - Free coffee and snacks, game room and gym to unwind

Cons

- The large number of smart people inevitably means ego's - Office closing and layoffs meant an impact on worker morale

Pros

Amazing work culture. People treat each other so well here. Help others is encouraged. Mentorship is a big part of the culture. They really respect work/life balance at the company and as long as you are amiable you'll get invited out after work for many things!

Cons

Onboarding felt a little disorganized
