Pros

Good work life balance; Good people working around you; in the unit that I am, they have excellent people managers. Very good senior leaders who care deeply about the culture of the work place. They recently fixed their immigration GC policies.

Cons

1. Conservative company in terms of investing on innovation. They don't pay as much as google or Facebook; consequently the talent you end up getting is not at the same level. 2. Great place to work if you are above 35 or 40 and you care about being around awesome people; but instead if your priority is career growth, instead look for a start up.

Pros

Intuit culture is comprised of good hearted people who are honest, friendly, team-oriented. Company benefits are more than competitive. CEO and founder both have that rare combination of sincerity, warmth, and integrity.

Cons

Consumer Ecosystems Group (where resides Mint.com) has too many changes of direction from management. This results in frequent layoffs.
