Pros

As a new grad, I am extremely happy that I could work in such encouraging environment. Everyone is there to help you out and value your opinions regardless of levels. My colleagues are down to earth, fun to hang out with even outside of work!

Cons

Definitely many teams are dependent on each other so making a minor change would require multiple steps

Pros

Good benefits/vacation/sick days. Higher end total comp. Good WLB depending on team/project. Internal mobility is highly encouraged. Culture and people are the best things about the company. Fast-paced/interesting projects depending on team.

Cons

Tech debt not priority and lots of legacy systems hanging around. Upper leadership clueless about product and disconnected with user base. Lack of long-term planning -- pivots and reorgs happen often. Teams are often in silos and only push for features to get promoted.
